James LloydSouthern Area Manager
James is responsible for sales. He manages the South East office and has extensive knowledge of the industry standards and the full S&S product range. James has been with S&S Northern since 2006 and started in marketing before moving into sales. He is committed to providing excellent customer service from specification all the way through to handover. James has numerous qualifications in sales, sales management and HR. He is focused on creating business opportunities to maintain S&S Northern’s position at the forefront of their industry.
Alex LloydSouthern Area Manager
Alex is responsible for service and technical support. He manages the South East office and provides excellent technical knowledge of the S&S range including the industry standards they adhere to. Alex has been with S&S Northern since 2006, starting in technical support before moving into a sales and service role. He is committed to providing extensive technical training to customers including the popular CIBSE accredited CPD for Building Services Consultants. Alex has qualifications in sales, sales management and HR. He is focused on getting new products through development and staying close to the market to keep S&S breaking new ground.
David WennRegional Account Manager
David is responsible for sales and account management in the southern counties and London. David joined S&S Northern in 2014 and has an extensive knowledge of the S&S range and the relevant industry standards. He comes from a customer service background and offers customers dedicated service along with providing the guidance required for specific applications. David plans to further his role within S&S and take on more responsibilities moving forward. He is often found visiting customers in the southern counties or sitting in a traffic jam at the Dartford crossing.
Daniel CahillRegional Account Manager
Daniel is responsible for sales and account management in and around East Anglia. Daniel joined S&S Northern in 2015 and comes from a customer service background. He strives to provide customers with a personal service, while imparting his knowledge of the product range and industry standards. Daniel plans to increase the company’s presence in the East Anglia area while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Daniel CarrOffice Manager
Daniel is responsible for the processing and dispatching of all customer orders. He is also the office manager and responsible for quotations, stock control and warranty information. Daniel joined S&S Northern in 2012 as an administration apprentice and has progressed through the ranks to his current role. Daniel is committed to maintaining the high levels of customer service that S&S customers have come to expect as standard. He has a vast knowledge of the S&S product range and plans to develop his knowledge in technical and maintenance areas of the business over the forthcoming year. He is currently working towards a level 3 accreditation in Office Management.
