In May 2024, our advanced water leak detection systems were installed throughout 1 Mayfair, a premier high-end apartment and studio complex in London. Lloret Control Solutions managed the installation, seamlessly integrating our Merlin WLM systems into the buildingʼs infrastructure.

The installation featured 14 Merlin WLM water leak detection systems across all apartments and studios. These systems are designed to monitor for leaks and provide real-time alerts to prevent water damage through the use of water leak cables and probes. The Merlin WLM was integrated with the building’s management system, offering robust protection.

By implementing these systems, 1 Mayfair significantly enhances its water leak prevention measures, ensuring the luxury property is safeguarded from potential water damage and providing peace of mind for its residents.
