Featuring the latest technologies, the Merlin 3000S is an energy saving, vent on demand system designed specifically for commercial kitchens. The system acts as a traditional gas interlock, while also varying the speed of the ventilation via a 0-10VDC output based on the cooking load and kitchen environment.
