Hill Dickinson Stadium Case Study
Gas Safety & Control Systems
The Background
In 2024, our gas safety systems were installed across six commercial kitchens and the boiler room at the Bramley Moore Dock stadium, home to Everton Football Club. Crown House Technologies completed the
installation, integrating our advanced gas safety solutions into the stadiumʼs infrastructure.
The installation included Merlin 1200S gas interlock systems in each of the six commercial kitchens to ensure safe gas operation by automatically cutting off the gas supply if ventilation levels fall below required standards. Additionally, comprehensive gas leak detection and carbon monoxide (CO) monitoring systems were installed in the stadium’s boiler room to safeguard the entire gas supply network.
By implementing these systems, the stadium significantly improves its gas safety measures, ensuring both staff and visitors are protected from potential gas hazards and carbon monoxide risks.
Products Supplied
We provided 6 x Merlin 1200S gas interlock systems for the commercial kitchens and a comprehensive gas safety system for the stadium’s boiler room, designed to monitor gas leaks and carbon monoxide levels.
Installation Details
The Merlin 1200S systems ensure safe gas operation by automatically shutting off the supply if ventilation levels fall below standards. Additionally, the boiler room was equipped with advanced leak detection and CO monitoring systems to safeguard the entire gas supply network.
Outcome
The installation enhances safety across the stadium, demonstrating a commitment to preventing gas hazards and ensuring a secure environment for staff and visitors.
